Having travelled with this lens all over the Himalayas it has become one of my favourite companions for all kinds of street photography and travel. In this video I share my review of the TT Artisan 40mm F2 AF, and a few selected images from our journeys together.
Hey Anders, lovely to get your comment. Really appreciate your kind words today. And yeah, I do have a thing for sun flare 😃 Not so much sunrise mind you, much bigger fan of sunset!

Holy sunflare Batman! I can really see why you like this lens so much - it obviously matches your shooting style extremely well, and I agree that having this kind of performance for a lens this affordable is no small feat. I really like the misty feeling that you have gotten out of the backlit portraits, and the last portrait of the woman with the sunrays coming through the jali (at 7:56) is really beautiful.

Oh, and beautiful photography as well. I have followed you on Mastodon for a while, and it is clear that you don't mind staying up late or get up early, and the results matches the effort. 😃
