@thelinuxexperiment Great video. Thx I also tried out Ubuntu Touch on a 2 phone once, though just on the side. At the time, I was taking the train a lot and couldn't find a powerful app for train schedules. And you can forget about Waydroid on the GS 290—it's just not powerful enough for that.

Instead of using the adblocker app you could in theory modify hosts file in the /etc directory

hi Nick, Linux on Smartphones have always been an unknown area for me, distros are way more different from one another that they are on desktop so it’s nice to see you covering it

@thelinuxexperiment yes that slow gallery app is there for some time, nobody was able to reproduce this bug, if you have some info you can comment my old issue https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/apps/lomiri-gallery-app/-/work_items/121
